This is reference with the activation of callertune.I am using airtel. This is my number 8570070088: I have called many times but i have not talked to custmer care executive directly yet and the calls has been charged n i have charged appx.40rs (3rs/min) for the calls till now. The amount of caller tune has also been deducted but still the callertune has not been activated. Kindly activate my callertune with my name as i asked for i.e “MANISH ANEJA” otherwise refund my amount. Take respective actions ragarding my query otherwise i’ll have to knock the door of consumer forum. Manish Aneja airtel user
