Airtel – Cancellation Request Problem

My office was in 4, Talbagan Lane, Park Circus where we were using Airtel Broadband & Telephone line. Now my office has shifted at 30/1, Bright Street so we requested them to shift our line on 9th July 13″. They reverted back and told it will be done within 5days but this didn’t happened. When we contacted them again they said they will not be able to shift the line in the new address because they have no space in the DP box. So we requested them to cancel our connection on 17th July 13″. Till date they have called us more than 20times for confirmation but the line has still not got cancelled. When we ask them they behave very rudely.
