I had made a transaction with airtel towards monthly bill for my mobile no.07752025xxx, on June 26,2014. The amount was Rs568.31 INR. Airtel informed that amount of Rs 568.31 has been reversed back to your bank account on the date 26/08/2014. But it did not come to my account. I have been following up with bank and Airtel. Airtel says transaction was reversed, bank says no. I am running from bank to airtel to bank, writing email, visiting branch, calling customer service. It is going on for last 6 months. ICICI bank account no is-14990150xxx Name- Divanth Jha Divakar transaction id 625359072.

I only want my money back, which is just Rs 562.
