I had purchased a 4g plan of Rs 2000 with 40 GB of internet usage. Now currently Airtel has removed this plan for existing as well as new customers. I agree that removing for new customers is thier choice. But now they come back and say that we need to pay Rs 1999 for 30 GB uage only!! They are using this as a mechanism to cheat customers by making them buy their plan. And they cheat them by removing all privileges. This is utter fraud.
I want my previous 4g plan reinstated with 40GB of free usage guaranteed by the company earlier.
