Airtel – Charges after MNP no proper service

I had used Airtel mobile for 7+ Years and not changed to Aircel. I paid all my dues with excess. But after changing airtel has sent a bill with the details. But i found from the bill that they have charges Data pack for the whole month rather than for the 5 days of changing period. But in the same bill the monthly charges is in prorata basis (for only 5 days). How is this possible. My question to all the executives have been why should i pay for the whole month , but noone answered my question. Now they have barred my line in Aircel. I request your suggestion in this aspect and i have attached the bill for your reference. In the first page itself you can notice that 49.80 is charged on a pro-rata basis and 155 is charged for the whole month. Why is there 2 different calculations in 1 single bill. Even in the Terms and conditions of the bill it is not mentioned at any point that data plan would be charged for the whole month. I want my airtel number back in Aircel with cleared payment records and settle my mobile bills during the period the number is barred. If any charges are to be paid to the actions taken my your team should also be paid my the Airtel organization. Also there should not be any further problems created by airtel in any other regards.
