Hi, I have Airtel 2GB unlimited data plan. I downloaded a clip from aajtak site, which is not related to airtel, but airtel charged 15 rupee from my account, I don’t know why airtel charged this amount. Please do the needful and refund my amount as soon as possible.

If you have to deduct amount from my prepaid account, atleast tell me before I download that this is chargeable so that as a consumer I can decide on the same. This is very much needed as a regulatory input from TRAI.

For now, refund my il-legally deducted balance as soon as possible.
