I am with Airtel for the past 11 years and i am terribly upset for putting heavy charges for the internet usage with out even informing about the plan. In the 12 years i have not used internet on my phone. I was in pondicherry and since my handset got damaged, i had to put my airtel sim into an i phone. i was not aware of the fact that zero rental plan is activated and continued to use the phone. i got a Rs.3190 bill for internet usage for the month of dec 2013.I called up airtel to resolve this so many times, but no floor manager bothered to respond even after repeated requests .When ever i called customer care, the executive would say manager is busy right now an i will receive a call with in 2 hours. Finally,i could get floor manager Lavanya online and she told me it will be resolved soon. I again spoke to floor manager Jagannath and later to Manjunath..After this a billing manager calls me on 16th Dec at 3.45 pm and he promised to give 1500 as waver. He said he will call back but i never got any call. finally when i contacted the appelate team on 20th January 2014 at 4.22pm, Ms. Ranjini says they can give only Rs.1000 as waver. I am not happy with this. i have got tortured by collection agents calls reg payment no of times and many times no airtel managers have responded for my complaints. i want to get the full waver for the heavy internet charges put without informing me.
