I had placed an order for sarees from YEPME.com for an amount of Rs 946 on 18th December 2013. They cancelled my order without delivering and promised a refund within 7 days. Its been more than a month and I have been fighting for a refund without success. This is with reference to the complaint id “487935” regarding refund. We would like to inform you that we are working to get it resolved as soon as possible. Refund the money with a penalty for the stress caused. Many online forums show there are hundreds if customers cheated.
