Yepme.com – Non delivery and no refund

I had placed an order for sarees from YEPME.com for an amount of Rs 946 on 18th December 2013. They cancelled my order without delivering and promised a refund within 7 days. Its been more than a month and I have been fighting for a refund without success. My order ID was: 4559395 Complaint ID Email from yep me dated 22/12/2013 Dear Customer, We really apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. This is with reference to the complaint id “487935” regarding refund. We would like to inform you that we are working to get it resolved as soon as possible. In case your complaint is not resolved in next 48 hours, feel free to contact us at 0120-4851250 between 9 AM to 9PM (7 days a week). ============ After this no refund and every time a new complaint gets registered and get an automated email only

Refund the money with a penalty for the stress caused. Many online forums show there are hundreds if customers cheated.
