Airtel – Cheating to customer

We are using Airtel Broadband at home. We have a limit of 30GB download every month. Our monthly cycle is from 26th of every month. Today is the 26th when i checked the balance it showed that 30 days are left in the current billing cycle. Data Limit 30GB. BALANCE 16.49GB. which means after 12 midnight in 8 hrs when the internet was off. we consumed 13.51 GB. We had complained but Airtel people are not ready to respond. they said you would have consumed the same in 8hrs. I had complaint before also of such cheating. Airtel Broadband is offering high data limit packages at high cost, but are cheating with the broadband speed and data usage. Kindly Help

Take them and Ban their services if possible
