Airtel Cheating Without Any Communications to Customer

I am using Airtel post paid with number 9000343419 from the year 2008. I have never asked Airtel to activate internet connection on this mobile. Without my consent and any communication Airtel activated the internet in January 2013. I was not at all informed. In march i purchased a new handset and was using internet through my WiFi connection through the landline that i have +91-40-42301284 which also belongs to Airtel. All of a sudden they are saying that i used internet on my mobile and sent a bill for 1700 rupees. I am being harassed continuously by suspension of my number and calls from payment team.

Airtel is forcing me to pay 1700 for internet charges for which i have never asked by calling or sms or email to Airtel. Airtel never ever communicated of any activation to me. I am using from year 2008 now all of a sudden they are harassing me that they will suspend the number. This is their strategy to fool customers and charge without communicating to the customer.

I want Airtel to waive the complete amount and revoke suspension of my number.
