Sony Mobile Customer Care not Willing to Repaid Handset

My sony ericsson j105i warranty has expired. Its os has been crashed and its a software defective product. While I switch it on it only vibrates once and white screen flashes. When i approached authorized service center they are not willing to do paid service and the reason they stated is for certain models we are not doing service.

The reason why I’ve chosen sony is its a trusted brand and service will be provided anytime. but this is not at all fair that they are not even willing to file a ticket number. They are suggesting to approach a unauthorized service center who’ve no support for my phone.There is no value for the customers money and sony is producing defective products not maintaining the standards.

I want my product to be replaced or I expect its value(7,000) back else I may proceed legally filing a law suit against sony ericsson services.
