It is surprised to receive your message on my Cell bearing No. 9845741641 that due to non receipt of Airtel Prepaid Enrollment Form, the number 9845741641 will be ceased.

In the context, I here by confirm that on display of your message on my said cell number on 05-08-2010 for submission of Airtel Prepaid Enrollment Form, I had visited your Office, collected the Form from your Office on 05-08-2010 (Form bearing No. 21299805) and submitted to your Office on 06-08-2010, duly filled in & endorsed, which was also accompanied with requisite documents such as Copy of Ration Card, Copy of Pan Card.

Despite of submission of the said form I have received number of messages for submission. Again I had contacted your office in this regard & your Official have told me that if you have already submitted, please ignore the message. That’s why I kept quite. But, surprise to here from your Official today that if the Form is not submitted immediately the number will be ceased (Final Notice).

With this request you to update the record & please see that no action to be taken such as ceasing of the cell number etc., as there is no fault of mine.
