this is to bring to your kind notice that i have taken 2 airtel pre-paid connections at different timings. connection with number- 9560480xxx ( pre-paid) – i have taken this number in February 2013 and using since then. from customer care i have come to know that this number is allotted to some other name. while i have given my photo id details for this number. another number – 9971887987 (pre-paid) i was using for around 1 year and i come to know that this number is also not by my name. (although i have not used this second number for ~ 2 months and has stopped using this now) how this discrepancy has occurred ? and despite submitting my photo id card details these numbers are allotted to some other names. kindly look into the matter and take necessary action for same. also make sure somebody else might using my photo id details and using some other number. some other person may be using my id card details and may misuse the numbers allotted by my name
kindly ask airtel to give details of all the pre-paid numbers allotted by my name ” mohd. aslam khan” and scrutinize that who are the persons using my id card details and using different airtel prepaid numbers
