Dear Sir, I have bought RC97 plan for my prepaid Airtel mobile number 7259282558. As per http://www.airtel.in/wps/wcm/connect/Airtel.in/airtel.in/home/foryou/mobile/prepaid+services/tariffs for Karnataka, find details for RC97 as “1.2p/2sec all India for 2 months (1st min of the day to be charged at 2p/sec) ” I am being charged as per “Benefits: All local and STD mobile calls @1.2paisa/2second, local and STD landline calls @2.5paisa/second” This doesn’t match with what is being informed to customer at the time of buying the plan. How can I get Airtel fix this discripancy ? Regards – Sushil
