i converted my postpaid airtel number 9896657100 to prepaid 3 weeks ago and they said my new sim would be activated in half an hour then i came to chennai and was not able to activate the sim after 1 week my sim got activated then still i was not able to make any calls or recieve on this number then again they said u have 195 rs balance i deposited that amount and then they said it would reflect in 3 days still its been more than a week and yet not activated they asked me to do first recharge of 90 rs i did it two times but still not activated they are making a fool of me and staff is not behaving properly they want us to listen to them but they are not ready to listen .

i want them to activate my number and an apology letter for wasting my time and money because i doubt there integrity any more .i am bound by my office to go for airtel connection as it was a corporate connection and my office has a tie up of 20000 connections and they are making use of that thing only
