My company has a corporate connection from Bharti Airtel and we have been using it since 2007. There services were going smooth until recent roadwork and drainage work initiated in Sector 63< Noida. Telecom lines started getting affected (Dead Line, cross connections and lot of disturbance in line) and getting these issues resolved become everyday affair. Our broadband line somehow got disconnected (the one which came bundled with corporate connection so we started using another standby line) so I complained on 121 and was told that a technician will visit within a day or two. Next day a technician came and said line man will do it and he will send that person but no one showed up. Next day, I again complained on 121 and another technician came, he checked the line and said its disconnected from the main and he has to check it from there and before leaving gave me no. of Mr. Deepak (Area Manager), I contacted him to send someone to resolve this issue but he rudely said call 121 and not him. I again made a complained on 121 but this time no one came. (Three Attempts on 121 by me and two by my staff, but problem still not resolved) My receptionist has no. of Airtel’s JE assigned for this sector, I called him (Mr. Ompal) and humbly requested him to resolve this issue and he assured that he will send someone but no one came. I called him again and requested to send someone but again no one showed up. I tried calling him again for the third time but he stopped answering my calls. I don’t know how but now our other two lines are also not working. Please advise what can be done as I am really fed-up of such customer service from airtel's team assigned for this area. I thought of shifting to some other Carrier but there is only airtel or bsnl (government services are even worse) so I believe Airtel is taking leverage of such private sector monopoly in this area.
