I am user of Bharti Airtel Mobile Services and my brother is also using an Airtel connection and mostly he is found roaming in north India just as himachal,haryana,jammu and Kashmir etc.

Actually I made a call to airtel customer care to know the information about the roaming packs. But I think some of their executive is not working their with honesty. Actually one of your executive hemant sharma whom I called last before for the information of roaming packsa nd he told me that for the better information he is transferring my call to his senior but after 5 minute when I m on hold he disconnect my call

So please took strong action against him. This has happened Twice and even my friends are complaining about the same situation with Airtel Customer Care Call Centres Across India. Is Sunil Mittal Listening ?
