I am a postpaid customer of reliance no. 9555338550. Since last one year I was using reliance Plan named RGsimple99new, in which my call rates were 0.50 paise on std & local outgoings. Nos w.e.f. 03.05.13 my plan is changed to RGSIMPLE99DLPB without any information to me and my call rates were increased to 0.90 paise from 0.50 paise. Now my bill value is increased due to the above reason. All this shows that to increase my call rates reliance has changed my billing plan. Further please note that without the information of the customer, how can they change the postpaid plan. You are requested to correct my bill as per my previous plan to unable me to pay the bill on time. further please note that i will not be responsible for any late payment charges if the bill is not corrected in due time. My Call rates are increased by 80% thus inflated bills are being delivered to me which lead to additional expenses more than Rs.300/- per month to me.

I demand to Waive off additional charges in my bill due to call rates increased from 0.50 paise/minute to 0.90 paise/minute and further bills are to be delivered as per my old call rates of 0.50 paise/minute.
