Airtel customer care – generating bill without use

I was using airtel landline no. Is 07752 400936 my firm was close on 15 June 2013 so I send a written letter to nearest airtel office but they said they will not close the account . After that customer care called me and I request to close my account. My they don’t understand . After that I paid all due bills . That I request to close account but they still generating bill . From above mention date and no. I have not used for calling or for data or netuse

I m not using there service so why should I pay the bill.
