I bought Maruti Alto LX car with registration No. GJ6CM6681 from Kiran Motors, Vadodara, in March-April 2005. Presently in run up to 26000 kms. Since one year Top of the car and ob the Bonnet patches are developed in the paint due to bad quality of the paint. I complained to Maruti Udyog Ltd. They asked Kiran Motors to inquire the query. Kiran Motor inquired and informed me that it was due to weather effect. It is wrong. If it is so, other cars in my society or office area would have affect. I informed Maruti Udyog. Mr. Manish Kumar, (Sr. Manager, Service – 3), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd talked to me and said that your complainis logged with Ref. No. CRM:0980000000152. Afterwards, I wrote so many mails but there is no reply from them. Please interfere in the matter and help me to get this problem solved.

I would like to demand repainting on the effected area by the manufacturer in such a way that it should not look different from the other parts of the car. It should be done professionally
