Sir, whenever i called to Airtel customer care no. 198 or *333, they take a long time to connecting the call and do not give a satisfied answer. I have a problem since last 1 years for network. for this i have complaint many time but i have not got any solution.

I have recharged my number but, my balance cut i have complaint about customer care but they do not give any response to me and not refund my deducted balance
