Airtel Customer Care – Rude behaviour + wrong balance deduction

On 11/03/14 my Airtel Pre-Paid Mobile balance was deducted. When i asked about it, they said me its for miss call alert.when the junior executive was not able to resolve my problem, i asked him to let me talk to his senior. He replied me that any of our senior is not available so call after 1 hour. I called again after 1 hour and the other executive also asked me to call after 1 hour. Even after i called back in about 45 min. And that executive also paste the same line ‘any of our senior is not available please call after 1 hour.

And after that i am not able to connect to customer care. They black listed me. This is the most ir-responsible service provider and i am planing to port. Even my all group is going to do so. And please friends i for twice about it to choose this network.
