Airtel Customer Care Supervisor – Arti Yadav – Most Arrogant

This is wr.t my call to Airtel Customer Care on 22-03-2017. I’m a Post-Paid Subscriber of airtel Mobile for the last 10 years. I was asking for Call Detail Records of my own number and not that of anybody else. I told them that I’m willing to pay any amount they demand but they have to give me both Incomeing / Outgoing Call detail Records for the Last Month Billing. However, the dumb Customer Care Executive did not understand the issue and I demanded that he raise a ticket and let someone who understand resolve it. He bluntly refused to do so, which is serious dereliction of his duty. I demanded the call be transferred to supervisor.

Now the Supervisor Aarti Yadav is more arrogant and spoke like typical Bihari Lalu Yadav without any regards to customer, that too Post-Paid where they announce upon calling Gold Care and what not. I tried to explain to her and she thinks she knows everything in the field of Telecom Regulations and said details are not available.

Now according to Interconnect Usage Charges Regulations, the Call Originating Service Provider Pays 14 Paise Per Minute to the Service provider on whose network the call is terminated. Now don’t they keep a track of Income Call Number, Date, Time, Duration to raise the bill ? If not, how will IUC work ?

In this backdrop, I suggest Mr. Mittal to improve his customer care or else perish in era of Free Calls by Reliance Jio Infocomm.
