I visited Airtel Showroom, Near Police station, Rammamurthy nagar, Bangalore. Irrespective service and unutterable feedback from the person at airtel office. Went to convert to post paid to prepaid. Starting itself warning statements, call is that rate, we cannot convert since it is 2 months 19 days. . For one post paid to prepaid need to walk many times. I am going to convert all airtel to other service(number portability). Also I will take superior officer to that centre to take necessary action on the particular centre at (Opps to police station) Rammamurthy nagar, Bangalore 560016

I wanted to change my Airtel Post paid to prepaid without any charges other than rental of current month. Need proper respect at Airtel showroom, since I am a valued customer having Airtel connection 5 years.
