Myself Karan and 2 friends had a cocktail party and dinner at Chaitanya Bar on 14 June 2014 and we received a Bill for 1950 and we had given the Waiter(Subba Rao) my citibank Debit card to swipe the required amount at the POS terminal. The waiter instead of swiping took the card to the ATM and had Withdrawn 15100 cash(10000 once and 5100 once). When asked the Management said they would give the amount the Next day and are prolonging the issue. On 21st June we had a phone conversation with the Owner and said he will not give the Money. He says he does not know the waiter and does not know who appointed when the so called waiter has been working since last 6 months. It clearly shows the Management and waiters are involved in this Fraud.

We just need the justice, we need our money Back. Action should be taken on Management for carelessness, Fraud and employing ineligible waiters without checking their background. Owner(Bhaskar reddy) was adamant and threatening us to do what ever you want. We lodged a complaint with the LB Nagar police station on 21 June.
