Airtel – Data Card Technical Issues

Officer, My data card number is: 8130895xxx. I purchased it in July.. activation requested 100 time. Each time i call at 18001030405 i am told that your number is already active but due to some technical issues you are not able to access internet. I am assured of resolving the issue within 15 min/1 hour/4 hour/ by 6 pm/by 10 am/ bla bla. But all assurance promises are made to ensure that call is ended and the get excuse. I am not at all interested in wasting my time in escalating the issue or calling your call center. What is my fault?? To sell your data card your sales person visits doorstep but to provide service i have to keep calling airtel whose team seems deaf. I am marking copy of this mail to Now If you are unable to restore my services within next 2 hours (latest promise by your Cust care executive) Then arrange to refund full amount and take back your data card with sim by resending your executive at my address

1)Immediate activation and working. 2)compensation for delay of service. Since iam using it for business purpose so non performance in 5 days is huge loss. If not possible then airtel should send their executive to my address to take away the daya card and refund my amount.
