I had placed an order for Sony Xperia C on 31st July, Order no. is 10152888. My shipment was delayed, when I repeatedly complained to customer care unit, they did not take any action, neither the vendors responded, Thereafter I cancelled my order, cancellation no is 106873212112, but till now they did not initiated my refund till date. There executives just give consolation but don’t take any action.
