Data Connectivity was withdrawn from my postpaid Airtel mobile number for which data connectivity is a part of the plan. I mailed to Airtel several times and there has been no resolution till now. Its been more than 15 days that I am being deprived of a service for which I am being charged also. 1st Complaint lodged on the customer care on 17th May, after a week of patience, I lodged another complaint on mail on 23 May marking the Nodal Officers and the Apellate Authorities. Please help!
I want the data connection to be restored.
