I am again sharing more details about my bank statements & PAYTM transaction receipt which I already sent to you.Could you please let me know lawyer’s details in Jabalpur consumer court where I am planing to file case against AIR-TEL. 1)PAYTM already confirmed payment & suggested to fight with AIR-TEL. 2)Deducted amount already reflected in Bank statement & till date there is no reversal of Rs.155. 3) Air-tel sent recharge success message on mobile but denied to credit talk-time. 4)I am not keen to get back Rs.155 but looking forward for compensation for mental harassment given by AIR-TEL for last 23 days.
