On 23/04/2014 , I have given order for 5 Casual shirt for an amount of Rs.999.At the time of order I had paid for my order through netbanking facility and they had send me an order number, promising that my order must be shipped with in 8-10 business days.After that I didn’t get any response from the mentioned people for about 10 days.So again I send one remainder by mentioning my order number.Then they had send me one reply(attached) mentioning sorry for the delay and again promising another 7-8 days for delivery.Then after two days i got one message that the item has been dispatched through IPS courier (CA012645649IN). But when i try to track the item, i got the message that the item with the mentioned number is not there. After that i tried to contact them but i am getting a busy tone with a message “please send voice mail we will contact you”. But i cannot find any facility for voice mail. Then after that i had send several mail daily but i didn’t get any reply up to this time.
