I am not getting Data services on my mobile number +919740642xxx. I have complained and there is no resolution for more than 1 week. I have even written to Mr. Mittal. I am getting calls from Airtel which are harassing me. I have demanded refund of the monthly rental charged as the service has not been provided. I have also written to TRAI. The data services on Tata Docomo services work where Airtel services do not work. The handset is iPhone5 and is in perfect condition. I have tested that.
