I ordered for take-away a Hot & Sour Vegetarian Soup at Yo China, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi (Refer Order No E0029217) today on 25th Apr 2014. I paid tha amount of Rs126 including packaging charges. I took the delivery & while having the soup at my residence, I realized it was a non-vegetarian chicken soup. I called up Yo China & took the soup back to the restaurant. The person at the billing counter acknowledged the error on part of Yo China in giving a non-vegetarian sou p when the order I placed was for a Vegetarian Hot & Sour soup. I was also refunded the money, which is a clear acknowledgement of error commited by Yo China. The restaurant was less than apologetic due to the serious service deficieny. I am a pure vegetarian & dont even eat egg. Due to this serious service deficieny on part of Yo China, I have suffered great mental agony. Being a big restaurant chain in India, it is expected that when Yo China charges inflated amounts for its products, it should take care while doing basic services which even road side non-branded shops take care of. This is a huge lapse on part of Yo China for which I am going to lodge a police & consumer complaint against the Restaurant chain. I want an unconditional written apology from Yo China.
