I am using prepaid airtel mobile number (9871285316) and the company has deducted my balance saying that they have renewed my message pack which i have already renewed earlier the airtel people always cut the balance without any prior message or so. I have never ask airtel people to automatic renew my packages like message pack, GPRS pack but they always do it with no prior information I am highly dissatisfied with airtel company and just want my balance back or i want to know the procedure how to file the case against these sought of companies Waiting for your response

Airtel 3G data Disconnects FRequently

from yesterdaynon my internet pack for 9650372536 is not working thogh 522.1 mb is left and validity end till 23.9.13 pls resolve it as soon as possible airtel complain helpline no. 9810198101 is also not working it doesnot connect to the customer care executive and end with a thank u for calling airtel msg.
