Stop Deduction Money and Kindly Deactivate GPRS pack on my Airtel Mobile No 9601937582.

My no. is 09730223346. I have activated GPRS on my cell still, its not working. This no. happens to be from pune and now i am in chennai, so chennai customer care is not helping me and i am not able to contact Pune customer care. Please do the needful.
