Hi, My brother Mr. Praveen P S is using Idea cellular mobile simcard with the mobile no:9947331303. For past three months they were deducting Rs.30 each from account balance. When called up the customer care they explained that the money is deducted for some voice chat which he has never subscribed. When asked for refund they said that they cant do the same. So kindly take necessary actions for the amount deducted for the past three months.

Since the amount got deducted without my knowledge I was not able to make a call when I was in a remote area.

I want the service to be stopped in the mobile number and need to get the deducted amount refunded to my account. It will be really helpful if you could take necessary actions for the same.
