Airtel – Delay in activation After Paying Dues

This is regarding the delay of activation after outstanding dues payment of A/C-1072433136 Mob No-9931125657 in the name of Mithilesh Singh. I am very much regret that the Sum of Rs. 1374/- respectively paid to the counter of airtel on 19th July. As it has been overdue since long thus my no. goes on PD. After the payment i had fulfilled another CAF Form regarding the no. and Neepra Enterprises promise to activate it in three days, somehow I couldn’t get response from that side. Praksh kumar and Abhishek Kumar are wrongly presenting the facts about activating process and Delay reasons (i.e reason of validating the rules of TRAI , issued more than 9 Mob. No. from the ID) Because of Neepra Enterprises my mobile no. is deactivated from 19th July to 21st September. If there is a reason of TRAI Regulations then why my no. is activated within two days by Airtel showroom, Spring city mall , Ranchi-834002. Neepra Enterprises has also charged a sum of Rs. 500/- for activating a new sim on behalf of Mob No-9931125657. But after activating my Mob No. from Ranchi they have also not returned my Activation fee amount. (As Prakash kumar said there is no fee deposited regarding new CAF) If there is no submission of Activation Fee on behalf of my Mob. No- 9931125657, then how Neepra Enterprises submitted a new CAF apart from the rules and regulations of activating a new postpaid sim on Bharti Airtel Ltd. and issued me a new sim?? If my Mob no. mates the validation rules of TRAI then why it is activated within two days (20th to 21stSeptember) from Ranchi Airtel Showroom ?? They stopped my Mob no. activation and wrongly presenting the facts for almost 75 Days?

Just my activation fee Rs. 500/-
