Airtel – delay in deactivate this connection

This I wrote to airtel today : Hi My Name is Amit Dube I am using your services and having this account number 7006801xxx I am not using your services since 1st April 2014 and I called up customer care on 3 rd April to deactivate this connection but not able to do the same. Since now I have made few more call to customer care regarding the same. All customer care person were giving different different information and forcing me to continue this connection and request me lot lots of time and revert with your decision now on 18 I got ready to put the connection on hold but today i got the bill for the whole month but as mentioned earlier i was not using this connection since 1st April which can be confirmed from your system. Now today when I called up customer care executive Naem said that he can not close the connection until i make the payment. I wish to close the connection all the charge mentioned in the bill after 1 are not valid. A deposit of 500 Rs are already with you. Please adjust the amount and close the connection. I came to know that last month you raise the monthly rental by Rs 100/- without prior informing which is also a big issue and i would like to seek a legal opinion on that. But for now request you to please stop mental torturing and close the connection and confirm me the same.

i want this connection should be disconnected asap with settlement.
