I had conducted a MNP from Docomo to Airtel Completed the verification process via verification dept on 59059. They informed me the number will be activated in 15mins after 30 hrs I still dont have an activated connection. I called up the local airtel office to find out and dey are informing me dey dont know what is the matter and informed me the verification process is not done. I have been following up with them for 2 days and they have no answer to give me. and the number is my official number. I have many other issues with them as well

I want airtel to be fined without any ceiling to the amount of fine so that they will think twice before disrupting the life of a consumer
