i have paid an amount of rs 500 as security deposit with airtel for converting my no 7388361167 from per paid to post paid but they have not credited the amount in my account. i have visited lots of time to the airtel office sadar bazar but they are telling me that you have not deposited any money as security deposit but my question is if i have not deposited an security money then how they gave me postpaid no.

i want my money back as i deposited the same with airtel but i lost the money receipt
