I have booked flat in april 2010 in appolod DB city indore Flat NO. Oracia-II,805. in my agreement letter they have mentioned they will deliver flat in 30 months but the same is not delivered till date. now they are asking for installment. When I have asked through mail regarding reason of delay they are not replaying.

I have a lost of interest for my invested money. also rental loss.

They have to pay interest rate of invested money for delayed period and also pay the rental amount as per market rate.
