Airtel Digital TV – Activation Waiver Issues

Hi Team, This is to inform you that I have recharged my DTH set box on 3rd Dec’13. The package that I got activated was magnum for 10+2 months @ Rs. 6500/- for 1 year validity. Now I am getting messages from Airtel, that my account i.e. 3011185562-001 is about to expired on 1st Oct’14. Moreover this was also highlighted to their customer care executive twice on 26th September & 30th September’14. I have call detail with me which clearly state that, I have made 2 calls at Airtel customer care i.e 0124-4448080, after my recharge for the activation of waive off period. Regards Vinod Arya

I want my DTH to be operational under waive off period for 2 months.
