Airtel Digital TV – Deactivation of old id and activation new id

I availed DIsh Connection on 01.12.13 with with two set top boxes with ids : 3013679660-001 and 3013679660-002 with a combo pack of Rs. 500/- monthly rental. Ist one was given by me to my tenant and the other one 002 I kept for my personal use, In APril 14, My tanant ran away without informing us and took the set top Box with him. I applied to Airtel on 08.04.14 for closure and deactivation of the tanant set top box. And supplied them the STB ID and serial no. etc. which was with me. So far in 38 days they have failed to deactivate the tenant set top box and more than double charge is being levied to me for single Set top box. On 11.05.14 I recd the email from Airtel that A new ID has been created for this purpose and In have to get it charges with Rs. 150/- from a dealer for the purpose of activating it so to deactivate the old id. And a recharge of Rs. 170/- was also demanded for the old ID. I did as they suggested, i,e. charged my both Old and new Id with Rs. 170/- and RS.150/- on 14.5.14 Airtel promised on 14.5.14 that My new id will be activated within 4 hours. but now more than 36 hours have elapsed but their promise has not been met with.

1,my new id 3013679660 be activated and old id 3014468580 be deactivated 2. balance amount in old id be transferred to the new id. 3. for excess charging since 8th april 2014, an amount of rs. 380/- should be refunded to me
