My name is Ravindra Kumar and my Airtel Digital Customer Id is 3004921850. I had taken connection 4 years back. In the month of Marach’14 on 19th March. I requested for relocation of digital TV. They informed me that disconnection will be done on 20th and then re-installation will be done on 21st March. I was fine with this. but since 21st March no one is visong my place. all the time engineers says I cannot visit to that place, while in my new apartment there are at least 100 airtel/ Tata/ relience and other digital TV are installed. Every day the executive promises that it will be done today. after 15 days I took the connection from other service provider and requested for thr refund of my amount. they informed that it will be refunded within 45 days. since that time it is more than 2 month, still my amount is not refunded. every time I call they say it is under process. I was wasted at least 500/- in following up with them.
My moneny should be refunded along with the interest and alo refund must me given for the Set Top box and dish. I want to claim 10000/- towards my mental pressure.
