Videocon D2H – Negligence complaints raised – Review

I had opted for Videocon DTH, and paid the Annual HD package in advance. It took them 2 months to install the product and start the service. After starting the service, i started facing a lot of issues with the Setup box provided and the quality of picture received (within 4 days after installation) It’s been 45 days now, and i am continuously following up with the executives of Videocon DTH. But, there is no resolution provided till date. Also, when raised a request to Cancel the product and requested for Refund, they started with excuses and demands for one chance to provide a better service. As per their Cancellation policy, it takes 48 hours to process the request. It’s been over a week and my request has not been processed, neither is I getting any call from Videocon DTH executives, for solving the issue. This is the worst service i have ever experienced. Have paid Rs.6600 to avail this poor service. Customer ID: 112553328

Cancel this service and need the refund of amount paid. So that i can use my money to buy a better service from another vendor Customer ID: 112553328
