Advised for address change from Nanganallur to Gerugambakkam. removal of dish not handled properly and also deducting amount from my account for daily rate for week time. Reply is not fair. increasing my BP, creating stress. Attached email shows they are unable to contact, but getting calls from the service engineer in Gerugambakkam.

Want to file complain for redressal and handle it properly to be fitted to my new location. since nothing is mentioned on deduction, request to file complaint for Rs 5,000.00 then only these people will know about the hard earned money.
