I am being charged as membership charges,last year I had the same problem with my Titanium edge card and someone from customer care told me that if I spend more than 30,000 the membership fees (Around Rs.673) wont be charged But now even if my shopping expenses from that card are more than 50,000 they have charged me again ,I had a word with the customer care and they said that there is no such process under which the membership fees can be cancelled under Titanium edge card even if your shopping expenses from that card goes above than 50,000.

I want my amount to be reimbursed for last year as well as for this year along with compensation for fake promises.
