I am a customer of Airtel digital TV service. Initially i had normal set top box, I got it changed to HD set top box. I think that was the biggest mistake of my life..!! since the day that HD box has been installed, i cannot watch TV for even one hour continously. Everytime it goes off.. and then I have to switch it off.. I have called airtel customer service and complianed atleast 5 times..but it seems they are least bothered about the grievances of your costomers. yesterday your representative gave me time upto 2:00 pm today to chnage the set top box, but again the concerned person, Some Mr. Sushil , called and told me that he cannot do it today..(i reside in Vipul Khand, gomti nagar, Lucknow) Its almost been a month now.

either change my set top box immediately , today itself or rertuen my money..as mentioned in the previous column
