Airtel Digital TV – excess charging poor service from care centre

i am using airtel tv services and my id no is 3009541969 . i recharge my account on 16-08-13 with amount 2370 for my two connections and customer care told me to pay the amount 2370 on monthly basis for six months so that i can avail 15 extra days if i paid in advance for six months . i also received the message from airtel regarding the same as copy attached that my validity upto 23-03-2014. but i received message that my account has Rs 69 only and my account will be disconnected on 18-01-2014. i call to customer care but he cared me so much that he deducted more Rs 45 for another pack which is not required by me . i called so many time to customer care but no satisfactory answer . Then i received call from airtel from 8427964420 but could not clarify the same and told me that she will write a mail to their dept for clarification. Airtel disconnected my both connections from 18-01-14 without any reason. This the way how airtel is cheting the customer and no one of their customer care ready to answer my query. every time they confuse me that my per day charges are so and so but in actual their web site and packages are on monthly basis.

i want that my connection to be resumed as per their intial message and other unfair charges to be removed
