Dear Sir, I am regular customer of airtel products from Last 7 years. I am using airtel digital TV set up box last 3 years. My digital TV id no. Are 3001074686 but last 2 years I am facing critical problem with Set up Box. In Every 6 to 7 month (approx.) my set up box has been damaged/or not work properly. Many times I have called in customer care every time they said to me you will have to pay Rs 350 only after that we will change your set up box. This time is fourth time when my setup box is not working properly. Again this time I have paid this money but again same problem occur. If you are not able to give to customer best Service, Response and equipment. Why customer pay money on Airtel products. Please let me know why I should pay every service charge in every 6 to 7 months. This time I am not going to pay this money. This is my last request from my side.
