I have given a policy to this branch under the name of ms. Dipshikha sarkar, policy no. 17828095 on 11th June 2013. The office asked me to submit my account no. As i was a new advisor. But when i went to submit my account no. To this branch, they referred me different formalities which was to be performed by me. Still after this they are giving me lame excuses that, the person namely biswajit is absent in the office for many days. He is one who systematizes the account, as the office says.
